The name Rytorsa reflects our mission: Ryt stands for “Right,” and Orsa is a nautical term meaning “to adjust course or avoid an obstacle.”
Together, it represents what we do—help businesses take the right direction and steer clear of operational and financial obstacles.
At the helm is Greg Rubio, a seasoned business and financial professional with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen their foundations and scale with confidence. In March 2023 Rytorsa Consulting was launched. Before launching, Greg spent years as the underwriter who approved and evaluated hundreds of financial transactions—digging into the real story behind every business, every owner, and every decision.
He has supported and overseen growth trajectories exceeding $1 billion in annual revenue, ensuring financial operations met strict budget, compliance, and risk-management standards. His background spans commercial finance, consumer lending, underwriting, mortgage and commercial operations, entrepreneur and hands-on business process optimization.
A U.S. Air Force Veteran, Greg brings discipline, clarity, and a calm command presence to every client engagement. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Project Manager, licensed NMLS professional, State Notary, and Center for Creative Leadership alumni equipping him with the tools to guide businesses through complex operational, financial, and strategic challenges.
Greg’s commitment to service—shaped by both military duty and decades in financial leadership—drives his mission today: to help business owners build stronger operations, healthier cash flow, and a clear path forward.
