The firm is led by Greg Rubio, Founder and Owner, whose career spans more than two decades across finance, lending, and operational leadership. Prior to launching Rytorsa, Greg spent years in underwriting and operational roles responsible for evaluating hundreds of complex transactions—examining not just financials, but how businesses actually functioned behind the scenes.
Across his career, he has supported organizations with combined growth trajectories exceeding $1 billion in annual revenue, ensuring operations met rigorous standards for budgeting, compliance, documentation, and risk management.
Greg’s background includes commercial finance, consumer and business lending, underwriting, mortgage and commercial operations, and hands-on process optimization. That experience informs Rytorsa’s core philosophy: strong operations come before strong outcomes.
